It looks like Mr. Berger committed a very serious crime, because the classified documents are missing forever.
Mr. Berger was Clinton's Security Advisor. It seem Bill Clinton's life as a President gets more and more scarier all the time. The murderers, the alleged rapes, Chinagate, and now this.

It sure looks as if Sandy Berger was trying to protect himself and the Clinton administration by removing sensitive documents pertaining to events leading up to the September 11th attack on the World Trade Center. He has said he returned all the documents to the commission investigating this tragedy but who knows what documents he may have destroyed? He should be prosecuted for this to the maximum. Why do politicians think that they are all above the rules that govern ordinary citizens? If an ordinary citizen was found to have committed the same crime he/she would be in custody immediately and tried for it as soon as possible. How many years will it take to get this lawbreaker to justice? It seems that Clinton has a presence in a lot of shady occurences through the years of his political career that has been covered up very well somehow.

If he'd of been a member of a Republican administration they'd have him disemboweled. isn't it funny how Dem's get a pass when they get caught?
