When I turn off my computer, I get the default option to "install updates and shut down", but when I click on OK, the computer freezes and stays on. I end up having to turn it off manually. I don't think anything is installed either, because the next time I log on, I get a notice that there are updates waiting to be installed. I'm using Windows XP Home edition.
