Every night my neighbor starts slamming his car doors. Over and over for about 30 minutes. I don't want to be nosy and ask but I wonder, what the h**l he's doing?

That's funny! I've been doing that and I bet my neighbors are wondering why! (Maybe we're neighbors?!) I smoke but not in the house and since it's so cold out I've been smoking in my car. For some reason the dome light isn't coming on when I open the door. So I've been moving the dome lightswitch and then opening the door to see if it will work. It doesn't so I move the switch a little bit more and then try it again....and again....and again! I bet I'm driving the neighbors nuts! :o)

You know, maybe he has obssessive-compulsive disorder and this is one of his compulsions - the car door slamming. Maybe he goes out there at night to make sure the car is locked and gets caught up in an OCD moment slamming and re-slamming the doors to "make sure" they're shut tight, checking and re-checking to make sure the car's locked, until it feels right to him.

Maybe he has an obsessive compulsive disorder. Try counting how many times he does it each day. If it's the same.. that's probably the case.

He sounds like he has a screw loose, next time it happens call the police. He's being rude. And he probably looks like an idiot to.
