Deleting new Internet...?

I recently downloaded and update my Internet to Internet 7. I updated my internet (thinking it would protect against viruses) from Microsoft Windows Update. It has currently made my computer even more slower and annoying! How do i delete this new Internet and get back the old version?

Go to Control Panel and add/remove programs. Scroll down to windows internet explorer 7 and click remove.
