Quickest way to make some cash is the free laws trick and then sell them. Although on World 99 you don't get your pure essence back, it is faster than World 66 (which does give p essence back), but the lines are so huge, that you'll wait 5 mins every trip for someone to trade.

Just walk up and trade someone that says "Open" with a green suit on (world 99) and trade them 28 p ess for 28 laws. Don't bother with people saying something like Open 15/28. That means you give them 28 p ess and they give u 15 laws (they are a middle man, and not the one crafting for XP (which are the ones that just say Open and give you a even steven trade.

no on likes a begger. get ur money on ur own u wont get far begging trust me. if you are a member, you should consider asking someone how to 'law run'.pretty good way to get money.
