How do I talk to a real support person re:download of Symantec Norton Standard Systemworks2007?

Having multiple problems: no recognition of today's purchase of subscription update; message that LiveUpdate is running; inability even to remove the program. I NEED a PHONE number to get a real person. I've been round and round on the website to no avail. PLEASE, HELP.

if u have knoweldge u not require any anti virus www.hackerspk.com and check info about trojans good luck
