My rabbits live inside in a large cage. They go almost exclusively in their litter box, which I clean out everyday. If you do not clean out their cage enough, the ammonia build up can lead to respritory issues.
I usually clean up the rest of their cage once a week.

It depends on the cage size. An appropriately sized cage (at least 10.5 sq feet) can be spot cleaned daily and fully cleaned out once a week. A small cage will need to be cleaned every couple of days. All rabbits should be allowed roam of the house if not in a large enough cage.

Well I would say at least weekly. Rabits do a lot of poop so its advisable for health of the animal to keep it clean.
The best cages I know are the kind that have no bottom but simply sit straight on the grass so all you do is pick the whole thing up and move it to a fresh patch of grass and either clean up the old patch or hose it until the poo dissolves into the grass and is a good form of fertilizer.

Twice a week is common to clean small caged animals. If there is more than one animal - this is a MUST. If you have a small rabbit and its in a large cage it may only need to be done once a week. If it stinks, its time to clean is a rule of thumb.

We had a bunny once. UGH! Boy, was I surprised how stinky the cage gets, even with the absorbent litter. It's a hassle to keep clean. If you keep one as a pet, I suggest building a rabbit box/shelter outside and keeping it there.

Well; if it's small & gets messy
easily then every day; other wise
once a week at least I would say.
You should just check on it daily
though to make sure it's clean &
that the bunny has suitable living
conditions.

If it's like a cat litter box like someone else said, you have to clean it every other day. But I don't really think it is like a catbox, and I would say probably at least twice a week. Good luck.

Once every few days should be enough. ZThey are not very messy animals, infact they are quite neat.
Still you just want to make sure that their waste does not get t be to much, so once every few days would probobly be good.
It is different for every rabbit though.
