unablienable rights: URGENT!!!
Declaration of independence (July 4, 1776)
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unablienable rights, that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.”
It says: we have unablienable rights. Governments exist to secure those rights "deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed... whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its Foundation on such Principles, and organizing its Powers in such Form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their
Safety and Happiness."

Unalienable: incapable of being alienated, that is, sold and transferred." Black's Law Dictionary, Sixth Edition, page 1523:

You can not surrender, sell or transfer unalienable rights, they are a gift from the creator to the individual and can not under any circumstances be surrendered or taken. All individual's have unalienable rights.

First off the term is "inalienable rights" and the term refers to the certain set of rights such as Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Religion, and most of the Bill of Rights. These rights are inalienable which means that they cannot be violated by government, they are natural to us part of our simply being, and they are endowed upon us by our Creator as mentioned in the Declaration of Independence.

Unalienable means that they cannot legally be taken away.
