You're mistaken, Mary Queen of Scots was related to Queen Elizabeth I (the daughter of Henry VIII and Ann Boleyn) because her grandmother was Margaret Tudor, daughter of Henry VII (so her father, James V, was Henry VIII's nephew, and she was his grandniece and Elizabeth's second cousin).

Henry VIII had a daughter named Mary by Catherine of Aragon, who reigned for 5 years as Mary I, known as Bloody Mary due to her massive persecution of protestants.

Henry VII also had a daughter by name of Mary (who then was Henry the many wived's younger sister), but she had nothing to do with Scotland, having been Queen of France for less than a year in 1514-1515, and then marrying the first earl of Suffolk.

Mary, Queen of Scots, was Henry VIII's niece, I believe, not his daughter, so the second part of your question is correct-Elizabeth I & Mary were cousins.

Henry did have a daughter Mary, who became Queen of England. Her mother was Katherine of Aragon.

Henry VIII's elder daughter, Mary Tudor, was the daughter of Katherine of Aragon.

Mary Queen of Scots was the daughter of James V and Mary of Guise.

James V was a first cousin of Mary Tudor, as his mother was Henry VIII's elder sister, Margaret Tudor

In November 1542, Mary's father, James V, lay dying at his beloved Falkland Palace, built just five years earlier. At Falkland, he was told that Mary of Guise, his French-born wife once wooed by Henry VIII, had given birth to a daughter at Linlithgow Palace on December 8. This was a feast-day in honor of the Virgin Mary and many took it as a good omen for the little princess; and she was given the name Mary Queen of Scots.

Mary was the name of Henry's oldest daughter who was Elizabeth's half-sister. Mary's mother was Katherine of Aragon. Mary, Queen of Scots, was a distant cousin of Elizabeth's (Anne Bolyn's daughter)

Mary Queen of Scots was the daughter of Henry VIII's sister, not his daughter, therefore she was cousin to Queen Elizabeth I. I can't recall which of Henry's sisters, either Mary or Katherine.

No that guy is right. It was Margaret Tudor.

Mary of Scotland wasn't Henry's daughter. Henry's oldest daughter was also called Mary, but he had her via the marriage to Catherine of Spain. They just had the same first name. Henry also had another daughter called Elizabeth, who ruled for 45 years after the first Mary's death.

she was his first wife

Catherine of Aragon

she had previously married king Henry's older brother, Arthur, who died very young before he decided to take her hand in marriage

the catholic church opposed this but he had his way and went ahead

this wasn't Mary queen of Scots tho it was Mary who became queen Mary of England and was Elizabeth's (Anne Boleyn's daughter) half sister

Mary wasn't Henry's kid, I believe she was his sisters kid, that is how she was a cousin to Elizabeth. His daughter was Bloody Mary, child of Catherine of Spain.

Elizabeth II is descended from Ferdinand and Isabella by her tremendous-tremendous-grandmother, Queen Victoria. Following Victoria's direct matrilineal line will take you decrease back to Ferdinand I, Holy Roman Emperor. he's a son of Philip and Joanna of Castile. Joanna is Ferdinand and Isabella's daughter. i have not in any respect considered any claims of chinese ancestry however, I did see claims of African ancestry by Queen Victoria's grandmother, Charlotte of Mecklenburg-Strelitz.
