was wondering if i have any psyhic abilities?

4 years ago i started having lots and lots of dejavu which i remembered some of thee events happed in my dreams.(i don't have them as much as i used to). Not only that but back in freshman year of high school, we used to play a game where we had to guess under different cards of math problems which some had bonus pts and i would try to clear my mind until one stuck out, it was like i was looking for a yellow glow and would always guess the one that glowed and got all the bonuses. Is this a psychic ability, if so how do i develop it before its lost? (i say lost because, i don't experience it as much as i used to 4yrs ago) - is there any other abilities i can develop because i been trying telekinesis and it hasn't came through yet from what i learned off the internet?

Well, see, then you're psychic ability wouldn't be as strong as 4 years ago. Cause' then, when you were playing these card games with people, math card games, you were improving and strengthening it everyday, and getting points as an incentive, besides.

So! If ya don't use it, you lose it. No matter what skills and abilities we are talking about.

A good psychic that I go to tells me she just simply plays solitaire everyday, while trying to guess which cards will come up.

There are all kinds of things like that in everyday life you can try. Try reading something and then freeing up you're mind to find out how much memory you have retained. Cause' I've heard memory abilities have alot to do with it.

Have you tried the free tarot websites? Some of them are really good. Also you said, when you did the math game, you would clear you're mind? Is that still just as easy for you to do today?

If not, find out what is blocking that, and figure out how to fix or get around that.

Good nutrition, exercise, not to much caffeine or other drugs and alchohol. Cause' they feel like they take us to a higher psychic level, but it is just a lower level, see?

Good common sense things, and lots of rest, cause that's where it all happens! Good Luck.

I believe you are psychic. However, I think it is inevitable that some of your earlier abilities will seem less strong as you get older.Using psychic powers to win at cards or such things is cheating- if you know this, then feelings of guilt could be stifling your powers. Also, as you get older, the ordinary knowledge you get in school takes the place of untrained extra-sensory ability. Your actual education will be what helps you the most in your future, more than extended study of your special powers. That does not mean that they are completely gone. It's just that now it will be more subtle and will most likely be there for you just when you really, really need it. You may find it helpful to focus on helping others, rather than proving you are psychic. You are not telekinetic- give that one up.

Deja vu is a chemical thing in your brain where it files a new memory as an old memory. Happens to everyone.

No one has psychic abilities like reading minds or telekinesis. No, really. No one. If you find anyone who claims they can, or if you can actually guess what, say, a card lying face down is, you can win a million bucks here www.randi.org and everyone will believe you, finally. So why hasn't anyone done it? Because it turns out they were lying the whole time, or seriously deluded.

Try meditation. I have the same thing going on, and clearing your mind helps. Another thing that happens is sometimes when I am talking to people I hear things they are not saying. Its like a certain tone, and I have had the dreams too myself. I don't know how to develop it any furhter, I have noticed that alot of those "you have psychic abilities" books are not the best. The first thing i would say after reading your question is to watch the things you are already telling yourself about these abilities, like "they don't happen as much as they used to' .What you think is what you create. Try being thankful that your abilities are increasing daily. Test your abilities often. But don't beat yourself up if you don't succeed. And when they do work a simple thank you is all that's needed. Stay neutral. Before it is asked for, it has already been given. So give thanks ahead of time. Thanks.

I believe we are all psychic, but for the majority the gift or the belief has been long knocked out of them. Educated out is another way of looking at it. Many professional psychics have grown up in a psychic friendly environment. Perhaps a grand-parent or parent with the knowledge has helped bring the extra sense out in the open and encouraged its use. But there are as many practicing psychics who have not had the benefit of caring psychic guidance and who have still managed to develop and hone this natural extra sense.
