Borrow money to girlfriend?

2000 dollars on computer business she spent. i said I would maybe help 200-300 dollars or half things at end of a month or 2. 30 day money back gurantee. 10 days bfore deadline i tell her to drop to 300 dollar level and she did not want to. Then she gets upset when I think about lending money. Then about money she got upset and did not want to talk, and I kept pushin her to talk and she slapped me minorly, more than playing. She asks for 750 but she would be okay with 200-300. But I dunno

if you are having problems with 'lending' money to your girlfriend...then you need to stop 'lending' money to her. what ever happenes you need to let her take the fall for it. if you continue down this path she will clean you out of a house, home, and bank account. do you want that? then be prepared to take her griping and immature behaviour as a result of you stopping this 'lending' to her. i say don't give her any money at all. it doesn't sound right to me. what ever happens...don't give her any money. she can go out there and work like everyone else.

If you want to make the money a gift then go ahead. But it's bad news and a bad idea to loan money to a girl friend or a boy friend. I have seen it go bad many times, you loan money and it never comes back. Print this out and read it, and you will see that I am right. Dont push her to talk, just dont lead money to her. I bet you will be in the market for a new girl friend.
