I don't know about specifics but eating or drinking dairy products before bed increases your state of REM and you tend to dream more prolificly. I dream heaps when i do this!

maybe... but i think it starts with recognizing that your in a dream and they do make equipment for that - lucid dreams. i think though that if you conjour up an image in your head over and over as you fall asleep, one of those dreams will be the one you want. however remembering that dream will be the hard part.

Sometimes, if I meditate on a subject or fantasy, I will dream this in my sleep. Good luck and practice and see if this works for you also.

normally if u read books n think hard in day time,u w'd make dream at night automatically cos of over concern in ur brain.
