1) Make sure it sounds believe-able.
2) Make sure the person has no chance of proving it false.
3) Don't laugh while saying it, keep a serious look despite the hilariousnicity of them believing it.
4) If it is a good one tell me.

Make sure you use a lot of details, but not so many that you can't keep track of them all. Act just like you always act don't look someone straight in the eyes if that's not what you normally do....
