Ok, it's probably been in heaps of movies, but what one's say "hum-a-na, hum-a-na, hum-a-na" or just Hummana?? Hummana!!"

although technically correct that it is a line from the honey mooners you may be thinking of when Eddie Murphy did a parody of this in his stand up act Delirious back in the 80's

Sounds like you're looking for the movie version of "The Honeymooners", with Cedric the Enbtertainer.
In the original tv series, Jackie Gleason's character, Ralph Kramden, was always using that expression. Cedric very likely used the same expression as a tribute to the original Ralph.
