No. this does not sound like posession. This sounds like opression.
These things can and DO put such thougts and dreams in your mind.
There are lots of ways to drive these things away.
Catholic: sprinkle holy water on the walls or dip your finger in the holy water and draw the sign of the cross on the walls
Protestant; read Mark 16:17-18 aloud and command they leave your room
Islam or Judaism; burn some frankinsence incense and fan the smoke into the corners of the rooms, closets.
Feng Shui: set up some ba gua mirrors (especially at the windows and doors), and clear the space.
Native Amerian (burn some white sage and fan the smoke into the corners, closets, etc.
Shinto: sprinkle some salt on the floor of your room
New age; place a peice of clear quartz, and obsidian in each corner, and place a tumbled amethyst, obsidian, and agate under your pillow at night when you sleep, and another set of stones in a medicine bag or pocket during the day.
If you are afraid to cleanse the room; pray and ask one of the arch angels such as Michael to come and help you.

Are you religious? Have you been brought up to believe in a certain religion? Is your family the kind that thinks that this world is operated by forces of good and evil, meaning angels and demons or god or the devil? Most people with religious beliefs think they are being haunted. Truth is, it's all in your head. If you think they are there, then they are. If you relax for a while and realize that there is more to living than being scared by invisible things then you may have a life to live without fear. I used to believe such fairly tales, but entered a period of dis-intoxication, it was really scary knowing that there was no invisible man to take care of me, or invisible evil to haunt me. The world became much more inviting and I could sleep like I've never been able to sleep in my life. Still, some people with religious beliefs can lead fear free lives. If you really think there is someone taking care of you then just relax and think that being is more powerful than what haunts you. But it really sounds to me like you are addicted to feeling that way. I recommend you see, "what the bleep do we know" read 1984 from George Orwell and replace the totalitarian regime with religion. Hope it works

I don't think you're possessed, oppressed maybe.
Sometimes the stresses and hormonal changes of adolescence can trigger experiences like this.
I have a friend who had experiences like this when he was young. They stopped when he read Mark 16: 17-18 aloud (look it up) and commanded the spirits to leave him alone. He also found it helpful to sleep with a nightlight and keep the area clean, physically as well as emotionally., as these negative entities feed on negative emotions. He's also on Answers, I'll ask him to come answer your question as well.

Regardless of religion, according to God every child is the heritage of the Lord. When I have any sleep problems and oppression I rest on the fact that God ".....giveth his beloved sleep."
Anything that robs you of sleep is not good. Thiink of Daniel who was able to sleep in a den full of Lions. The design and purpose of the den was to kill men.
You need to recount this dream to your parents including the fact that you do not seem free to leave your room. Back off from everything else and claim your sleep.
Trust nothing that presses on your physical or mental space. You might write down the dream and then move on. Do not dwell on it. In effect, don't day dream about your night dreams.
If you pray, pray aloud to God in heaven. Ask for sleep free of anything contrary to His good and perfect gifts.
Do not just pray aloud in your room as if everything was taking place there. You may pick up on things that are in your room that you don't want to pick up on. I recall over the years people who could pick up radio programs through the metal fillings the dentist had used to repair their teeth.
Humans have the ability to receive many signals in various ways. Regardless of what other people tell you, it is possible to pick up the thoughts of others and bits of transmissions from broadcasts of various types over and above any consideration of spiritual beings of good or evil.
Nothing from God will pressure you as you describe.

I wonder if you have been spending too much time alone on your computer. Call your mother or father in now and tell them your problem. Turn on the lights. Play some happy music. If your problem persists, ask your parents to take you to see your family doctor. Take care.

Different beliefs generate different answers. If you want this presence to leave, you must tell it to leave. Some use smudging with bundled sage, some use holy water, and some use incense. Repeat your request with conviction. With it gone, your sleep will go back to normal. Have a restful year.
