The term "AAU" can mean many things.
There is a whole organization (www.aaubb.com)
in which there are 100's of teams.
Many teams travel to and from others cities, but are not AAU members.
You should know what level you play at.
That is your age, grade and skill level.
If you are "Elite" coaches will call you.
If you are very good, research the teams in your city and try out.
If you are a kid, who likes to play ball, join a local league, sign up for your school team and Keep Improving!
