Do not eat Potatoes, Bread, Cake, Biscuits, Pastries and go for swimming morning walk and light jogging for least half hour and raise time period 10 minutes a week.

Same as for all people - the healthiest way to lose weight is eat less and exersize more.
For me a high protein diet made it easier
