I know about the idie movie that's being made (it looks HORRIBLE), I'm talking big Hollywood production. I mean, they've made Tomb Raider and Resident Evil and Silent Hill, all games that..well...didn't last too long. What about a game that's been around since the mid 80's?

I think it should be Live Action instead of CGI. CGI would make it feel too much like a video game, and we don't want it to feel like a video game, just a movie based on a video game. I think it should be based on the Ocarina of time, because that was the first game that they could really build a story off of, and it was one of the best. But here's who I think should play who...
Either Keira Knightly or Anne Hathaway as Princess Zelda.
Elija Wood as Link...JKJK everyone! Um...Link is VERY hard to cast....
Dakota Fanning as Saria
Oh, forget Anne Hathaway for Zelda, have her as Malon.
The Gorons could be CGI
Gannondorf could be anyone tall and muscular.
Too bad Tingle wasn't in Ocarina or I would say Robin Williams, LOL!

That would be fun. Who do you think should play who?
Or, they could make it CGI, and get the voices from the orginal caroon that aired during the Super Mario Bros. Super Show (where Captain Lou Albano played Mario) and the third season of Captain N: The Gamemaster.
I don't remember who did the voices, but they were very good, and fit the characters well.

I think it might turn out to be a huge dissapointment. Seriously. The idea sounds good cuz im such a big zelda fan, but real life chars and voices might destroy my image of link and the rest of the chars. Also games they make out of movies, a lot of times suks, the only good one is Final Fantasy VII Advent Children. Its all animated, but is really good. But its only that good becasue it took square unix like almost 6 years to make it... If they make one good animated movie for the legend of zelda, it would take a long time.
