I would say no.1. But what if what you crave is not available to you? Pumpkin pie is not a good substitution for the kind of pie I want.

If it's not some indulgent dessert than it might actually be a craving based on some nutritional need so you should partake. If it's just a craving for some comfort food than indulge in moderation or find something else to distract yourself.
