I highly recommend a trainer. Everyone has different metabolism and body types. A good personal trainer will give you the info that you need.

You need to work each muscle group to exhaustion once a week or so. You can split up your workouts however you like. A common split is day 1: legs/lower back day 2: off day 3: chest and back day 4: off day 5: shoulders and arms. Mix your cardio in on off days. Try looking at http://www.bodybuilding.com

well i started to build abs 2 days ago and i workout sit ups 20 in the morning and 20 at night and i already got muscle
