I want to get online on my psp....I need to know how can i get my SSID? The scan wont detect nothing?

If scan found nothing then there is no hotspot. Do you have a wireless router in the house if not I guess your sol unless you goto a borders or library with ahot spot.
Also check to see the switch Wlan (left side of psp) on the psp is switched on

The ssid of the router is always on the bottom part of the router or in the back.
