been trying for days to download and access nero just its not working on my computer

nero.com works great on my machine so it's probably just a problem with your web browser. I would suggest that you get Firefox it works with all web pages and downloads and installs features needed to run them. you can get it at http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/. If you know what firefox is and hate it you can always update to windows internet explorer 7 http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=9ae91ebe-3385-447c-8a30-081805b2f90b&displaylang=en
