Well I certainly don't think you should treat your friends differently, but you should definitely support the. Start by standing up for them when other people make derogatory comment about your friends or gay people in general. Tell people you don't like it when they say that's so gay, a term that's applied to everything from students who listen to 80's music to green tea ice cream.

You can also join a GSA or a college GLBT group with your friends and help take a stand. Outside of school, why not join PFLAG? Hope this all helps.

your two FRIENDS are gay. who cares what they are if they are your friends. if they are your friends then they know how you feel about their sexuality and won't force you into anything that would make you uncomfortable. feel lucky that you get to be exposed to a new culture and not be made to be ignorant of it.

They are your friends right? OK, why are they your friends? If their being gay doesn't change anything then hat does it matter. Friends are friends, no matter what.
