Ok so here it is:
I luv singing, and im good.
But its hard for me to ever practice
or experience with my voice
because when im at home
my mom and sis make fun of me.
I dont know why, ive recorded myself and im actually really good.
They dont do it quite as much as they used to cuz now they know im serious about singing, but its still hard for me to sing when their around. cuz of all the teasing and them making fun of me by singin real badly when i was younger. what should i do? i know its stupid but its just a fear i cant get rid of.

o by the way, i have no stage fright - except for in front of them (at home)

so sweetheart go to a friends house that has a basement and pratice there. That way your sis and mom ain't no where around. Or take a portable boombox and go to the part and pratice there. There are a lot of places you can go if you think about and stop worrying about what they say. I know it blocks you judgement some times but you've got to think with a clear head. Especially if your going to make it in the music business. Because you will get teaseing and ridaculed there also.
Hope you make it kiddo. Good luck to ya.

Well don't worry about what anybody says if you know your good don't let them bring you down.

And start practicing in front of 2 people and gradually increase.

your MOM makes fun of you? are you serious? wow... well... just go to your room, turn the music on really loud, and sing. that way they won't be able to hear you, they will just hear the music you put on real loud.

don't let them get to you. they're family, they'll always laugh at you. it's part of their job description.

besides sweetie, if you can't handle hecklers at home...how do you suppose you can keep your cool when there's a stupid drunk comedian in your audience outside the house?
