i've got nausea,constant peeing and hunger even though i've eaten. pregnancy has been ruled off because i'm a virgin. also, i have lower abdominal pains on my right side.

Sounds like a kidney or bladder infection you should go to the doctor ASAP until then drink lots of cranberry juice to flush out the infection and hot tea to sooth the pain
