No, it's because El Nino is in the Pacific Ocean at the moment. It is having different effects on different parts of the U.S.

Actually,tonight through Tuesday Morning,there is supposed to be a big
snowstorm with 6-10 inches to snow in New England,with some sleet
mixed in Northern locations.
