Technically having your pecker cut off still doesn't make you a woman. Just a mutilatled man. The medical community tells me that there are some other organs you must attain to achieve full womanality. A uterus, ovaries, and a grab bag of other ones. Luckily I have been collecting these spare parts, over the last few decades, and would gladly send you a complete set. We can negotiate on price. Most of the parts come from prostitutes, so you know they already work. Some have less than 30 billable hours on them.

I grew up quickly. I hung out with my older brother of 8 years who hung out with GI's and such of a similar age difference. As a youth and military dependant we traveled overseas. I participated in adult activities on a regular basis. Pretty much no stone unturned. My first sexual encounter in 3rd grade. My first purchase in a bar in 4th grade. My first purchase in an ABC store in 7th grade. I worked independently to earn spending money from 3rd grade on. My first actual job in 5th grade.
Although I have had a very good family life, I have always been responsible for myself. Today, I run my own business.

I don't know. Society is not a good judge of this, so I would guess at the age of 26 when I stopped doing drugs.
*since this is not a serious question, allow me to say that I do not measure this sexually as most others do.
