Yes it's totally normal. When baby is that little you don't feel every movement, just the big ones, and your baby doesn't have the strength or energy to move like that all the time yet. Isn't that the coolest feeling though? Congratulations!!!!

Yes this is totally normal...
It is very common to not feel the baby move everyday at the stage you are at. Even as far along as 22 weeks, there will be days that you do not feel the movement everyday.
Alot of what it is, is that you are active durign the day and the movements are so slight that you dont feel them...and you are distracted by your daily activities.
If you would like to have some reassurance, or just to feel the baby move...you can try the following:
Drink a glass of Orange Juice or some other juice high in sugar content (or even a small amount of caffine) and lay quietly on your left side. If you put your hand on your tummy, it might help you focus on that particular area as well. Even watching TV might distract you enough that you will nto notice the movements...so you might want to try lying in a quiet place and just relax. That shoudl make the baby mve around alot (the juice/sugar/caffine/etc.) and the left side is the best for blood flow to the baby.
But dont worry...eventually you will be feelign your little one move every day..all day...and even all night...haha. It's a great feeling, and you have a long time to enjoy it still. ;)
Good luck and congrats!

Completely normal! I first felt my baby move at 16wks - at 19wks it was still infrequent - no real pattern. Like you i worried about this too but we must remember that baby is still small and at this stage we don't feel every movement of baby. I really didn't start to feel movement everyday until about 24/25wks. I'm 27wks now and there is no mistaking baby... moves all day everyday - not to mention all night. Sometimes baby kicks so hard it wakes me up!
Congrats and best of luck :)

hi-it is normal.
I felt my baby at around 16 weeks.
just remember that right now, baby's muscles arent developed enough for you to feel anything 'strong' kickwise. so there might be rolling or something going on inside that you dont realize is baby moving--a lot times it feels like little gas bubbles, but it's actually baby
& things you do during the day--lull baby to sleep.
if you did any activity more than usual, even taking a walk that will put baby to sleep.
if you do not feel any movement at all in 24 hours-you need to call your doctor.
you did just start feeling him/her so you arent used to it yet--but remember the 24 hour thing for down the road.

dont worry it's very normal for the fetus age 19 wks to kick. 19wks babies have muscles already specially in their limbs that made them kick or move. Actually you are very talented to feel your baby's movements. Mostly First time pregnant mothers felt the kicking during 20-21 week or 5th month. so you are lucky you felt the KICK.
congrats!!

Yes. At that point the baby can move a lot at one point, not move at all at the next point. I thought it was very weird when it happened to me, too. I talked to the doctor, and she said it was perfectly normal.
He/she will start moving around a lot more in the future, usually when you're resting or sitting still. And, at this point, a lot of the movements are too small. Don't worry, very shortly, it'll move so much you'll pay real money to want him/her to stay still! Kidding.
You just have to remember, at this point, he or she is very, very tiny, and won't necessarily hit the edges of your womb when he/she movse. You'll feel it a lot more when they get bigger.

Yes this is normal. 20 weeks is the average tie to start feeling movement. Sit back, put your hand on your belly, and enjoy it!
