Some of the courts are on the internet but you will probably have to go down to the court house and ask them for a copy. Most court records are public records.

that is easy. just learn what court handled the lawsuit and the jurisdiction of it (geographical location of the court). find out the name of the plaintiff and defendant. if you can, find out the court number assigned to the case. then call the clerk of that court to see what you have to pay to get the record. go pay the fee and take the certified copy.

yes just go to a courthouse if u moved away from it the court u are nearest have those records do a people search go to your county courthouse site and they will tell u
