To sum this all up, it's illegal. Just have a party at your house without an alcohol, drugs, or any smokes or violence. It's completely illegal to do of the sort. Just do your homework, study, watch t.v., or just read a book or take a nap! That's the best party!
Actually, sleeping, watching t.v., reading a book, that doesn't do anything, just makes you bored as hell. I'm sorry but it's completely illegal but if you're looking for an illegal night club to go to you're going to have to look yourself. Yahoo Answers don't give illegal answers. Only thing they say with the word 'illegal' in it is "Yo, that's illegal!" that's all there is to it.
Look elsewhere then or just don't do it at all. It's illegal.

The under 21 only scene kind of died with the crackdown on AIDS and drugs. Basically in 2007 what's left is mostly: salsa, any place that serves full food, and deep undergrounds.

why would you want to go to a night club? people die in night clubs and get hurt. just throw a nice party or something.

theres one in san pedro & 47st...they close at 12 at night....and yes you can go in ....its a teen club....i wanna go 2 :(........j/k...
