forever 21 has great dresses charlotte russe is good and there dresses are realyl cheap to.. oh pinky wear has somegood dreeses also

Well you can try like Papya,Wetseal, and Forever21. I really like those stores, because they are cheap but their stuff lasts a long time.

tjmaxx cuz i got mine for only like 15 dollars while the other ones were all like 80..it's soo cute..it's a red halter..and it's really fancy
