Oh you sod! I can't believe I sat here blinking as fast as I could to see! You give me new words that I have to look up all the time, you tell me something new and strange every day and now you got me doing stoopid things!! ;)

you can see your own eye lashes mooving,if you look in a mirror you will be able to see your self blinking in the mirror,

No you cant as light has to travel, so as your eye closes the actual picture of shut eyes lags behind, i.e you eyes are already closed.
