In physical strength, if someone is strong, and someone is powerful is it the same thing? please explain

Strength is physical and mental. Power means you have a higher rank than somebody else. Ex. : King to peasant. The King has more power than the peasant, but that doesn't mean that he is STRONGER than the peasant

I think strength would more commonly be used in a physical sense, and power would be used for mental.

They are not the same thing. Example: George W. Bush is a very powerful man (like him or not), but that does not mean that he is necessarily physically strong.

my opinion strength is the inner strength of a person and power the physical aptitude

strength is being strong or power in general..

power is having authority..
