they are owed that much after all the bull they have been threw with katrina and they are still suffering they nneed the superbowl more than other team in the nfl right now
If you really think the New Orleans Saints are suffering think again, there is no reason they need to win because of hurricane katrina. If you were to say that the New York Yankees/Mets would have won the World Series back in '01, and seriously you really think they are suffering. The city of New Orleans spent all of there money to restoring that dome and non on restoring the city to a livable status. so finally I come to this conclusion. There is no "professional sports team" out there that needs to win after a national/terrorist disaster, this just a big issue with all sports leagues camping on disasters to boost the ratings in that area nothing more. So for all of you out there that think any team from a disaster site "needs" to win. Think again no team will ever "Bow" down to let a team win.

i think.... scratch that. i HOPE that its the Saints and the Colts, and the saints will win.... you have to give some props to that team... coming VERY far, never won a superbowl ever. Plus right after hurricane katrina... i think that would be great.
