Just say " Hi, how U doin?" Talk about the weather, give her a compliment, or just smile at her then go and say hi. She should get the message. Just DONT USE PICK-UP LINES! Even at ur most desperate times, They R the worse.

Try making small talk. Usually a good way to go.
