I assume you mean legally. paper route? baby sitting? chores? mowing lawns? cleaning houses? delivering things? helping old people?

It would be difficult to make that kind of money being 13, but...... since this is a question from the father, I would go to your local townships and put bids in on mowing. Not knowing if you live in a city or rural area it would be an option to do cemeteries and churches. Factories and little old lady's also hire young men for clean-up and tree trimming. Something you may have to invest a few $ in to get him started, but he may be able to make a career of it. Just straight up odd jobs pay me plenty in a years time.
