Go to Home Depot or a similar store and look for a product called Oops. You will need lots of rags and water to rinse, but this stuff will take the paint off.

www.cleancontrol.com Its a georgia company that makes a product called "grease control" Available in Chicago here from Menards. It is terrific stuff for removing that graff from walls. DO NOT BRUSH OR SAND OR SAND BLAST.

Spray on about 5 coats an hour apart of this clean and then rinse off the surface with a water hose.

You won't have to sandblast. You can use StripEeze Paint stripper and a power washer. And it doesn't take a very big pressure washer.

if its only in one area, try nail polish remover and a scrub brush. No promises but i know that nailpolish remover removed grafitti from my car.
