the only real pregnancy sign you have is your period being late.
when you are pregnant--signs/symptoms wont show up until you are 6-8 weeks along.
Implantation pains are on either you left or right side-not in the middle of your stomach near your belly button--and not everyone gets the implantation bleeding/cramps--actually you are more likely to NOT get them, than to get them.

if you had sex right before your period was due--that can cause it to be late, early or not come at all.

there isnt really anything anyone can tell you at this point--just wait until tomorrow when you get the results

good luck!

if you are pregnant it could be cramping due to the fetus attaching itself to the uterus. or you could be going through PMS and about to start your period. either way you should not panic till you have a reason to.
