I was caught speeding going from Canada to New York City...?

I had a very important date ...with a very special friend.....I can't pay the fine....and I can't spend the time....I need to get to the place in my heart of mine!!!

What is my sureproof excuse to get off the hook?

quickly pull a donut out and wait untill a car is passing by then throw it in front of the car the police man will jump for it and end up getting hit by the car and killed leaving you free to go
