okay you guys probably know i answer alot on here but now i have a question. a thought has been nagging at my mind all day and now i think i can confirm it. last night when i got back from lazer tag at about 12:30 i was a bout to go to bed when i heard sot noises comeing out of my sisters room i thought she waas in there making out with her boyfriend, he sneeks in sometimes. (yes i said make out they hadn't had sex before) so i went to sleep but this morning she was really happy and she sang a lot during church and then left to go to he library. i was on the computer for awile but my mom just told me to get her dirty clothes and when i went in her room it smelled like sex and there was small stains on her sheets. i was so shocked because the sounds made sense now. is this enough evidence to assume she had sex because i don't want to confront her and be wrong. help!

i don't want to send him to jail cuz he is a nice guy and i'm betting that if they did have sex it was her idea not his. by the way i'm not stupid i know legal age limits for stuff and the 16 years thing does not apply in all states

First of all, how do you happen to know what sex "smells like"? Second, why is it any of your business what your sister does with her boyfriend? I don't think you should confront her; if she hasn't told you anything, it's because A)she probably didn't do anything or B)she doesn't want to share it with you just yet; and either way she's probably gonna be really p*s*ed at you for eavesdropping.

Okay forget the rest of these posers, and listen to reason. A) a little concerned about your knowledge of sex smells, but whatever. B) I don't think you need any hard evidence at all to confront your sister about this. I think you're somethin' special to be younger than her and care more about her than she does. Although that is how it usually works huh? I would definitely say talk to her about it. Let her know that you're just worried about her, and that you're not trying to be nosy. If her boyfriend is 18 and she's a minor, then that's pretty much illegal. Talk to her first, share your concern, and if she doesn't listen to you, go to the parents, or a trusted adult. She'll be mad at you, maybe for a long time, but that doesn't matter if you really love her like it seems. Just remember, you're helping her, not hurting her. *fingers crossed*

ok...
well you're worried bout ur sis rite? cuz she u think she was doing something that ur parents would flip over and she would get in trouble for it and if they found out u knew, they would send you along in the wagon trip with her to the "naughty side that can't be trusted" and you don't want that. What I think you should do is start off with a casual conversation with your sister and lead in to telling her you heard weird noises the other night and they kinda freaked you out and you were wondering wat they were. If she takes a while and doesn't answer ask her cuz i found weird marks on ur sheets... hope you don't' mind me asking but did u 2 do it the other night? Then she'll either tell you or she won't. Good luck with this I hope it works. I know you only have your sister's best interests at heart.

I don't think you have enough 'evidence' to confront her. she may have been masturbating which is normal for teens and the stain could be from that (lubrication or something) or even a spill of anything. That would account for the sound too. If you confront her and she was by herself, she may feel uncomfortable about her privacy. I think you need to know it was her botfirend and not just think t was. Your concern is admirable, but from what you say, I don't thnk you are sure enough.

So, no this is not enough evidence too assume that conclusion.

Let it be until you know, if you do and then you might consider talking to her, but this might only embarress her if she was doing something by herself that is normal.

If you are right, the boy could and probably will go to jail when your parents find out (which they will). Your mom is not stupid. When she sees the clothes and the stains she will put 2 and 2 together quickly.

Ok first, sex does not have a "smell" and if it did that you be just wrong. As long if she was using protection and she did not get pregnant, I dont see why it is shuch a big deal.

I would be concerned. I think you should confront her. Chances are if she lives in your mothers house she isnt old enough to be a mother. My sister is 24 and pregnant (she doesnt live with us) but its still hard on all of us because she is unmarried. Thnk about someone who is prbably under 21 ..pregnant..lives with you..and is unmarried. That would be very stressful. Hope it works out
