two vectors known for origin and angle (X1, Y1, Alfa) and (X2,Y2, Beta), is it possible to find out the point the two vectors crosses together??

yes, you can make an equation for the line that extends from each point:
y = m1x + b1
and
y = m2x + b2
and then solve the two equations.
One last test you will need to perform is to ensure that the crossing point is in the correct direction of both vectors, and not 180 degrees out.

It is impossible because you don't know where the vectors are even if you know their magnitudes and directions.
