In whom do you confide when you need to talk something out?

the first person i all~wayz talk to is god and yes i trust him explicitly and i also talk to a close friend that i no will under stand what im going through "sometimes" i even talk to someone i barley know just to see what an outsider thanks of the situation good luck :)

I talk to my co-workers and friends.If you can talk to your grandma or grandpa that would be good cause they love you no matter what.If not talk to counselor at school or friends.Write it down in a letter if its something you really dont want anyone to know.Hide the letter and take it out from time to time and read it.Soon you wont need it anymore.The problem will seem less and less everytime you read it.

my best friend of 7 years and yes i do trust him, he knows everything im going through from experience and hes only 16 i trust him like my own sibling

I tell my cat GABBY, she will never tell anyone mostly because she can't. Then I tell God , so that HE can help guide me & lead me to the answer. I trust God explicitly !

i sometimes confide in someone who doesn't know whats going on because they can give a better opinion. and i don't really trust anyone.

I dont really talk to anyone I work my probs out on my own. You really cant trust anyone or at least i cant.
