There is a great magazine called "Simple" that gives great tips on how to organize your home. Another option is to hire a professional organizer (check online in your area) and have her come to your house for a consultation. It's hard to get motivated to clean up your piles but it will make your life so much easier. Trust me!

Well, it just works out -- did you ever see "Shakespeare in Love"? There's a great quote in there, when a character asks, "But HOW will it work out?" and the answer is "I don't know -- it's a mystery, but it does." 1. You take a shower a) before your husband leaves at 7, or at night before you fall in to bed. Or in that 7 minute period when they are both asleep at 1:47 pm. :-) 2. Grocery shopping, you have several options. One, drag them both along (not optimal, but do-able). Two, hire a babysitter for an hour or so a couple of days a week so you can run errands unencumbered (and faster!). Three, give your husband a grocery list and he can stop by the store on his way home. Or wait until he comes home and you slip out for some "me" time at the grocery store. 3. It's true, there's a chance that your daughter is going to be jealous of the time you are spending with the baby while you are nursing. She may become more demanding at the most inopprotune time. With a little juggling, you can read her a book while nursing, or pull out a special toy that she only plays with when you're nursing. Some moms slap on a DVD to distract the eldest -- sit on the couch with her and watch with her. 4. You get dishes and laundry done . . . quickly! You don't let them pile up. You put a load of laundry in first thing in the morning and you put the dishes in the dishwasher as soon as they are dirty. Never leave a dirty dish in the sink or on the counter. You'll get the hang of it soon enough. And don't sweat the small stuff -- if the house isn't perfect, so what? Sometimes, the absolute best use of your time is a nap! 5. Cooking dinner -- sure, it happens. Just don't plan a lot of gourmet dinners for a while :-) Keep it simple. It would be a big help the first couple of weeks if your mom or mother-in-law could come in and help with the kids when you come home fromthe hospital. It helps the entire family get used to the adjustment, they could help with the cooking and cleaning, and you could get some much-needed rest.

You can find out more about natural hemorrhoids cure here http://curehemorrhoid.info
Diarrhea can contribute to hemorrhoid formation because the bowel undergoes pressure strains due to the condition. Undue pressure on the veins that make up internal hemorrhoidal structures can worsen existing damage. Internal hemorrhoids are not visible, unless they proplapse (protrude) from the anus, either constantly or during a bowel movement. If this is the case, then you have a grade III or IV internal hemorrhoid. If the protrusion is on the anal verge or the area surrounding the anus, then its likely an external hemorrhoid. Reducing pressure from issues of diarrhea and constipation will help. Not straining during a bowel movement, not lifting heavy objects, not sitting for extended periods, all will help.

An external hemorrhoid is simply a vein located at the anal verge, the wall of which as weakened and protruded. Don't push on it, this will only increase pressure and worsen it. The body has to repair the vein wall and rebuild the integrity. This takes time, perhaps weeks, if all goes well. Use sitz baths and over-the-counter medications such as pads or creams to provide symptom relief in the interim. These won't solve the issue long term, but will give the tissue a better chance at self-healing.

Internal hemorrhoids are a different matter and require more intervention. Your best bet is to educate yourself about the condition, its causes and what options there are to treat it both short and long term. Don't ignore it though, hemorrhoids tend to become chronic in nature, lasting years or decades in some cases.

Let me tell you something. Rubbermaid is a wonderful inexpensive gift from god. I've got 4 kids, and thier toyroom is filled with them. When you put the toys in them, LABEL it so that when the kids grow, they learn where to put what. Also, Rubbermaid is great for storing clothes that are out of season and what not. And finding baskets at thrift stores are great-having one here and there throughout the house doesn't look crowded, and you can have one for papers, one for this and one for that. They are very handy! If your husband has any carpentry skills, see if you can't get him to build a couple of benches with lids so that you have a hidden toybox throughout the house. Good luck!

Bless your heart! What you need to do is pick "one Pile", put it in a laundry basket, box, or some other container, DON'T LET YOURSELF GET DISTRACTED WITH THE MESS IN THE OTHER ROOM!, and disperse the contents of the container accordingly. Pick another pile, and act accordingly. Do this until the piles are gone. BUT, as a mother of two, and married, and working, and (insert stuff here) sometimes you will still get distracted, but you can always remember the concept. It will definitely help you conquer ONE step at a time. That is the biggest thing. You see the whole mess as a WHOLE MESS. I do too. Try to separate the individual messes and get rid of one at a time. You will see the results slowly but surely.........I promise.

Get some laundry baskets and remember to take up the piles you leave around. Buy bins to put toys in at least you won't be tripping over them.
