Answer Envy?

Have you ever seen a "Best Answer" and thought "That should have been me!"? C'mon now folks, be honest - have you ever suffered from Answer Envy?

Ach! No fair! This question didn't get posted to the main site I don't think, so people could only find it by going through me. And what happens? Three of the pals I do Answer-Battle most regularly turn up! I've never put a question to a vote before, cos it usually seems like I should have SOME favourite, but if there's ever been an appropriate one to put to a vote, it's this one, so have at it folks! Bwahahahahahahahahaaaaa....

Of course I have. But generally it's been your answers! They are so amazing. How could I ever match your wit, creativity, style and grace?

You have amazing answers that I envy all the time. I'm constantly reading them and saying, "Dohhhhh! Why didn't I think of that!!!"

Now there are other times that I answer and really think I've done well. I mean, I've poured my heart and soul into every word..... really opening up and sharing deep thoughts. And then I return to the question and the asker has given it to someone who said..... "Gosh, you are hot!" ARGHHHHHHh..... makes me wonder why I try at all!!

As far as Answer Envy goes.... I don't generally have it. I admire those I see on here that have the wit and intelligence to construct a good answer. It's actually more admiration than anything else. It's actually so rare on here that how could you NOT admire it?

Yes I have, but my psychiatrist has been very understanding, and the therapy seems to be helping.

Yes, my answer also got more thumbs up than the one picked. It sucked big time. But I'm over it now. Mostly. hint..hint. lol

Nah...I know how good my answers are, even if everyone just gives them to MnG....there's just no accounting for taste...or using brevity for that matter.
