Original Chevrolet factory warranty was 36,000 miles or 36 months, which ever came first.

You have got to be kidding! Surely you aren't looking for factory warranty on a 12 year old car. You must be new to car ownership to think that there would be any kind of warranty left on this vehicle....you better go buy a new KIA they have a 10 year warranty on the power train, but of course the body will fall off long before that which is not warrented.

The basic, drivetrain and roadside warranties are all 3 years/ 36,000 miles. The rust warranty is for 6 years/ 100,000 miles.

Yes- it has expired, a long time ago. Everything, miles, months, exaust, emissions, probably even it's first owner.
