I have my web page artecontemporaneomx.tk how can I get people to see it?

I am a painter and have this web page but don't know how to make people visit it and maybe end up buying some of my paintings...any ideas??

Enter the search term "Meta tag generator" and use one of the free services. These will create Meta Tags, the tags that many search engines use to index and refer websites. These will be made up of keywords, like "art, artist, painter, oils, contemporary, gallery, impressionist, cubist, etc..."

Otherwise, attempt to get as many people to link to your website as possible, through what is know as reciprocal linking. Some search engines index based on the popularity of a website, not necessarily how many hits it gets but how many other sites link to it. Good luck.

1. http://searchenginewatch.com/showPage.html?page=webmasters is a useful site that explains how you can add your website to search engines and also provides information on how to improve your search engine rankings.

2. Make up some business cards that have your name, occupation, contact details and website address on them, and hand them to people you meet at parties or events.

3. You could also include your website address to your signature on e-mails and forums.

Good answers! Put a small classified ad in you local newspaper and in art publications. Try selling your art on EBay and put your site URL there.
