Well it's at the beginning of the movie there was a helicopter scene. It's about some terrorist attack. It's all american actors but set in the Philippines. It was made in the 1990's.

The name of one of the actors? maybe the director? I mean seriously... We can't wrk magic... You need to be more specific. Like a description of one of the actors, but give us something to work with... part of the plot or something...
