I really admire players with a lot of passion, but also a lot of respect for the game and for others, and also players that stay grounded. I like players who are always playing hard and who are good role models and leaders. Players like Fabio Cannavaro, who is a great leader and who always has a smile on his face, would be an example. Some others would be Steven Gerrard, John Aloisi (because he is grounded), and Owen Hargreaves (he always seems to be playing his heart out). There are more, but right there's just a few.

Roberto Baggio.
He played well with extraordinary skills. His personality is out of questions even Italian poet made a poem about him. He loves his family, he's downhearted. When Italian lost to Brazil in 1994 WC, Arrigo Sacchi blamed him, Italian fans were angry but they forgave him because he is Roberto Baggio. If it's someone else they would never forgive him. His skills were amazing just like former Italian players the likes of Zola. Like a magician with ball. I still remember his goal with Inter against Roma when he kicked the ball without even looked at the goalmouth, it showed how great his skill is. And the fact his trick helped Italy to draw Chili in 1998 WC. He's my all time idol.

Ronaldinho(player)
His amazing technical ability, skill, vision and fancy footwoork and moves make him a joy to watch.
Mourinho(manager)
Although brash, he was a translator and he is a major reason why chelsea has done well(this is coming from a barca fan)
There are plenty of teams that spend the cash but none has been as strong of a unit as Chelseas and that is a credit to Mourinho. Also his ********* makes him interesting(at least to me) cuz Im kinda like that.

Riquelme He is a brilliant player who dominates play and constructs far better than any other player in the world. He is the conductor of the orchestra and deserves more praise then what he has received. He has shown that he plays for passion and for the fans, by staying at Villareal after so many years, after getting big money offers world wide. He is the complete player.

Marcelo Salas, because as a kid he gave me the greatest joys. he is my Idol because of how happy he has made me. he was at one point considered the best forward in the world, along with Ronaldo. sadly, he never recovered fully from his injury, which kept him from truly being the greatest (he got injured about a year after Juventus bought him as the second highest paid athlete in Italy) even though his career was quickly shortened, and his level decreased, he kept giving us joys, and became the number 1 forward in the history of Chile. also throw in there Jose Luis Sierra (Coto Sierra) because he represents me, and my club in Chile, Union Espanola. he went to my school, he played soccer as a kid with my uncle, and because of him and Salas we classified for the second part of the world cup. because f him my Club won its first title in 28 years. he is a true hero, and would give his life for the club we both love, and for our school.
and lastly, Mati Fernandez, who is the Best Player of America this year (the title is very important, since Tostao, Pele, Elias Figueroa, Zico, Kempes, Socrates, Maradona, Francescoli, Valderrama, Tevez Riquelme, and Romario, have won in the past. you know you can expect greatness from him). he will soon be on the same level as Ronaldinho, and even though hes only 20, hes already in Spain, and humiliating defenders there. and he already has a trademark trick he invented himself, that nobody else in the world does. he will be great, and if you dont believe me watch teh following videos. enjoy the Joga Bonito.
