This is pathetic I know and it is going to get worse with each word I type but here goes?

Question

I have just started playing Jedi II Jedi outcast. Ihave the cheat codes, all weapons, all the powers of a jedi master, I can throw my lightsaber and kill the bad guys, I can do the super jedi jump, I AM A JEDI GOD.....but here's the problem: I am stuck on level one, I dont really want to use the cheat code to leave that level (well actually I cant get the code to work) but I dont know what to do. The ship is being warmed up,Kyle"s companion is waiting and I have the main character (Kyle) stuck. I have been to the cold room, I have seen the camera view of the rest of the bad guys I need to destroy and I have hit every button I can find. what am I doing wrong besides claiming jedihood without the proper training?
God I hope only gamers answer this. Ya know I could probably find a 10 year old who could play circles around me. please dont send me to a cheat site but I would appreciate finding out what I am supposed to do. Thanks

Well, you could use the cheat noclip just so you know where your going. I really see no point in playing the single player. It's just to boring. I modded my game so that it would be more fun in single player.
