www.zillow.com I took the time to run my house. The company depend on property owners to update the property information. I did not know that they existed until 20 minutes ago. This is not a good way to determine home prices.

www.zillow.com Though they are way off. My house was like appraised at 35% more then it's worth. Go find your tax assesment website for your county. Get your homes tax assessment and then ad about 15% that is about what you will get for a loan and about 10% for the sale of it.
